摘　　要：基于高质量发展视角,旨在构建钢铁供应链绩效评价指标体系,通过对现有文献的整理,运用访谈法、问卷调查法,围绕高质量发展和钢铁供应链绩效,对评价指标进行构建。通过两轮问卷调查,建立了一套较为全面客观的评价指标体系,涵盖了“规模效益”“可持续发展”“安全环保”和“客户服务”这4个一级指标、9个二级指标和48个三级指标,以准确反映钢铁供应链的运作状况。Based on the perspective of high-quality development,the paper aims to construct a performance evaluation index system for the steel supply chain.By organizing existing literature and using interview and questionnaire surveys,the evaluation indicators are constructed around high-quality development and steel supply chain performance.Through two rounds of questionnaire surveys,a comprehensive and objective evaluation index system has been established,covering four primary indicators of"scale efficiency""sustainable development""safety and environmental protection"and"customer service",as well as nine secondary indicators and 48 tertiary indicators,to accurately reflect the operational status of the steel supply chain.
