摘　　要：在高职院校扩招政策影响下,生源结构、分层化学情、生源类型的社会性、生源的工作背景发生着变化。同时,高校扩招也带来一定机遇,例如创新型课程革新、后疫情时代专业技术技能人才培养、高校优势学科打造等趋势,这些要求最终倒逼各个高校探索课程革新,集中力量建设高水平职业教育专业课程,帮助学生适应新时代应用技术技能的要求。文章通过实施“循环式PBL”教学模式和“理论实训”技能型课程相结合的教学体系,全面培养学生新时期适应社会发展需求的技术能力,进一步打造应用型技能人才,切实解决高职扩招和时代变革带来的物流专业课程设计等诸多问题,其目的是提高物流课程实训效果,为各大院校广泛开展此课程提供依据。Under the influence of the enrollment expansion policy in vocational colleges,the structure of student sources,hierarchical learning,the sociality of student source types,and the work background of student sources are undergoing changes.At the same time,the expansion of enrollment in universities also brings certain opportunities,such as innovative curriculum reform,and the development of advantageous disciplines in universities.These requirements ultimately force various universities to explore curriculum reform,focus on building high-level vocational education professional courses,and help students adapt to the requirements of applied technical skills in the new era.The paper aims to comprehensively cultivate students'technical abilities to adapt to the needs of social development in the new era by implementing a teaching system that combines the"circular PBL"teaching mode with the"theoretical practical training"skill-based courses,further creating applied and skillful talents,and effectively solving many problems such as logistics course design brought about by the expansion of vocational colleges and the changing times.The purpose is to improve the effectiveness of logistics course training,and provide a basis for universities to widely carry out the curriculum.
