摘　　要：随着教育综合改革不断深化和社会需求期待不断升级,凸显了物流高层次人才培养的迫切性。物流工程与管理研究生教育高质量发展符合时代发展主题,并具有一定的现实基础。从人才培养视角、知识生产视角、供给侧改革视角来看,物流工程与管理研究生教育高质量发展与“双一流”建设具有协同契合关系。基于二者契合和融合的必然之理、应然之选、实然之需,新时代物流工程与管理研究生教育高质量发展与“双一流”建设的协同推进要坚持与立德树人发展目标统一,坚持与多元化保障机制协同,坚持与改革创新同频共振。With the continuous deepening of comprehensive education reform and the upgrading of social demands and expectations,the urgency of cultivating high-level logistics talents is highlighted.The high-quality development of graduate education in logistics engineering and management is in line with the theme of the times and has a certain practical foundation.From the perspectives of talent cultivation,knowledge production,and supply side reform,there is a synergistic relationship between the high-quality development of graduate education in logistics engineering and management and the construction of"double first-class".Based on the inevitability and necessity of the integration of them,the collaborative promotion of high-quality development of graduate education in logistics engineering and management in the new era and the construction of"double first-class"should adhere to the unity of the development goal of moral education,the coordination with diversified guarantee mechanisms,and the resonance with reform and innovation.
