抗战时期中国共产党基层妇女干部的培养机制——以陕甘宁边区为中心

摘　　要：抗战时期,为了广泛动员妇女群众参加抗战建国大业,引导她们实现自身解放,中国共产党在以陕甘宁边区为代表的抗日根据地中,高度重视基层妇女干部的培养,创造性地从选拔任用、教育培训、工作指导与保护优待等方面对基层妇女干部进行了积极探索,形成了一整套相对完善的基层妇女干部培养机制,并取得了相当大的成绩。中国共产党在陕甘宁边区的基层妇女干部培养机制既遵循了一般干部的培养原则,又符合了边区的社会实际和妇女干部的性别特点,不仅对其他革命根据地具有一定的示范意义,也为新时期的妇女干部培养工作留下了可供借鉴的经验。During the War of Resistance against Japan,in order to extensively mobilize women to participate in the great cause of the war of resistance against Japan and the founding of the country and guide them to achieve their own liberation,the Communist Party of China attached great importance to the training of grassroots women cadres in the Anti-Japanese base areas represented by the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region,and creatively explored the aspects of the selection and appointment,education and training,guidance in work,and protection and preferential treatment in policies for grassroots women cadres.A relatively complete training mechanism for grassroots women cadres has been formed and achieved considerable success.The training mechanism of grassroots women cadres of the Communist Party of China in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region not only follows the training principles of general cadres,but also conforms to the social reality of the border region and the gender characteristics of women cadres.It not only has a certain demonstration significance for other revolutionary base areas,but also leaves lessons for the training of women cadres in the new period.
