摘 要:创新素养是农科大学生成长为建设农业强国有用之才的应有素养,培育大学生创新素养是新时代农科高等学校的重要使命。农科大学生的创新素养应该建立在深厚的通识知识、扎实的农科专业知识、勇于探究的科学精神、科学严谨的工作态度、高尚的人文精神与强烈的社会担当等基础上。通过分析以情感态度养成、专业知识更新、技术技能提升、学科专业交叉融通、理论与实践结合、教学与科研结合以及“高校+N主体”等多元协同方式培育农科大学生创新素养,有助于培养新时代高水平农科人才。Innovation literacy is the necessary literacy for agricultural university students to grow into a powerful country in agriculture.It is an important mission for agricultural university to cultivate students' innovation literacy in the new era.The innovative quality of agricultural university students should be based on profound general knowledge,solid agricultural professional knowledge,scientific spirit of exploration and scientific rigorous working attitude,on the basis of noble humanistic spirit and strong social responsibility.In this paper,the cultivation of agricultural college students' innovative quality is analyzed by means of the cultivation of emotional attitude,the renewal of professional knowledge,the promotion of technical skills,the integration of disciplines and specialties,the combination of theory and practice,the combination of teaching and scientific research,and the “University + N-subject”etc.It is helpful to train high-level agricultural talents in the new era.
