文化与技术:双重赋能视域下高校民俗体育发展审思

摘　　要：信息技术飞速发展与广泛应用重塑了高校民俗体育的发展环境,新时代文化强国、体育强国战略赋予了高校民俗体育传承和弘扬优秀传统文化的重要责任与使命。如何适应新形势、准确定位,促进实现高质量发展,已然成为高校民俗体育理论和实践层面广受关注的命题。基于对高校民俗体育发展困境的审视与反思,从内、外二维视角剖析文化与技术在高校民俗体育发展中激发内驱力、强化外推力的理论逻辑,提出“文化+技术”双重赋能高校民俗体育发展的实践思考:重视民俗体育文化积极价值信息的挖掘与传递,高效释放文化储量;强化开放互动理念拓展发展“域界”,充分发挥文化与技术优势;综合考量民俗体育供需两侧的动态变化,有效化解供需矛盾。The rapid development and wide application of information technology have reshaped the development environment of folk sports in colleges and universities,and the strategy of strengthening the country through culture and sports in the new era has given folk sports in colleges and universities an important responsibility and mission to inherit and promote excellent traditional culture.How to adapt to the new situation,position accurately and promote high-quality development has become a proposition that has received much attention at the theoretical and practical levels of folk sports in colleges and universities.Based on the review and reflection on the dilemma of the development of folk sports in colleges and universities,the theoretical logic of culture and technology in stimulating internal drive and strengthening external thrust in the development of folk sports in colleges and universities is analyzed from the two-dimensional perspective of internal and external,and the practical thinking of“culture+technology”to empower the high-quality development of folk sports in colleges and universities is put forward:pay attention to the excavation and transmission of information on the positive value of folk sports culture,and efficiently release the cultural reserves;strengthen the concept of openness and interaction to expand the development of the“domain”,and give full play to the advantages of culture and technology;consider the dynamic changes in the supply and demand of folk sports,and effectively resolve the contradictions between supply and demand.
