摘 要:目的:调查甘肃省消毒供应中心护士培训负荷现状并分析其影响因素,为专科培训提供理论依据。方法:于2023年1月9日—20日,使用便利抽样法,抽取甘肃省14个市(州),133家医院的753名消毒供应中心护士为研究对象,采用消毒供应护士培训负荷调查表对其进行调查。结果:甘肃省消毒供应中心护士培训负荷整体条目均分为(2.76±0.81)分。不同级别医院及工作年限护士在形式负荷上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同职称护士在内容负荷、培训时间/频率负荷、总负荷上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甘肃省消毒供应中心护士整体培训负荷处于轻度水平,但部分培训内容负荷和身心负荷接近中度水平。管理人员在制定培训方案时应兼顾学员培训负荷,科学、合理地安排培训内容,提升培训效果。Objective:To understand the current status of training load of nurses who worked at Central Sterile Supply Department(CSSD)in Gansu province,and analyze its influencing factors,providing evidence for specialized training in the future.Methods:A questionnaire survey was carried out among 753 nurses in CSSD from 133 hospitals in 14 cities across Gansu province by using the Clinical Nurses Training Load Scale from January 9th to 20th,2023.Results:The total average training load of the nurses in CSSD in Gansu province was 2.76±0.81.Following analysis,nurses who were from hospitals at different levels and have various years of experience felt different model training load(P<0.05),and nurses of different professional title experienced significant differences in training load(P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall training load is at mild level while some content loads and physical and mental load are close to moderate level.Therefore,when developing the training programs,managers should take into account the training load of learners and scientifically and reasonably arrange the content to enhance the training effects.
