摘 要:研究生是具有适应性和主观认知的个体,面对不同的课程考核环境,将产生相应的适应性行为。当研究生接收到课程教学内容与考核内容分离、教学过程中理论与实践脱节、课程考核标准缺失或低效执行等刺激信号后,会产生课程学习无用认知、课程学习不能提升综合能力认知、积极学习无用认知等认知偏差,经过主观博弈后,采取消极应对、投机应对课程考核等行为策略。应构建以“教学内容为核心”“实践能力培养为重心”“考核公平性为前提”的研究生课程考核体系,利用有效刺激信号,促使研究生调整主观认知和主观博弈策略,形成正确的、有助于自身综合能力提升的主观博弈模型,助推研究生产生积极课程学习行为。同时,还需从提升研究生对课程考核体系改革信息的接收度、提高任课教师课程考核执行力、吸纳研究生参与研究生课程考核体系建设等方面入手,确保新的研究生课程考核体系能高效构建并施行。Graduate students are individuals with adaptability and subjective cognition.Facing different course assessment environments,they will produce corresponding adaptive behaviors.When graduate students receive the stimulus signals such as the separation of course teaching content and assessment content,the disconnection between theory and practice in the teaching process,the lack of course assessment standards or inefficient implementation,they will have cognitive biases such as useless cognition in course learning,inability of curriculum learning to improve comprehensive ability cognition,and active learning useless cognition.After subjective game,they adopt behavioral strategies such as negative coping and speculative coping with course assessment.We should construct a postgraduate course assessment system with“teaching content as the core”,“practical ability training as the focus”and“assessment fairness as the premise”,and use effective stimulus signals to urge graduate students to adjust their subjective cognition and subjective game strategies,so as to form a correct subjective game model that is conducive to improving their comprehensive ability,and promote graduate students to produce positive course learning behavior.At the same time,it is necessary to improve the graduate students'acceptance of the reform information of the course assessment,improve the execution of teachers'course assessment,and attract graduate students to participate in the construction of postgraduate course assessment system,so as to ensure that the new postgraduate course assessment system can be efficiently constructed and implemented.
