摘  要:师资队伍建设是“双高计划”建设背景下高职院校改革与发展的关键任务,是培养高水平技术技能人才的核心力量。通过对197所“双高”院校中期绩效自评报告分析发现,当前“双高”院校师资队伍建设表现出跨界融合与专业性并重、工匠引领与国际化赋能、校企共育与多维度培训的良好态势,但与高质量发展的现实需求相比,还存在着动力导向之乏、能力素养之浅、发展机制之困等现实问题,制约着“双高”院校师资队伍建设发展。为突破当前困厄进而推动“双高”院校进一步发展,未来应坚持“培”“训”“管”的建设路向:以教师发展中心建设为导向,统筹教师专业发展机制;以聚焦“双师”能力提升为核心,健全师资培养培训体系;以完善教师管理机制为保障,构建师资可持续发展生态。The faculty construction is the key task of the reform and development of vocational colleges under the background of the construction of the"Double High Plan",and is the core force for cultivating high-level technical talents.Through the analysis of the self-evaluation reports of mid-term performance of 197"double-high"institutions,the current status of faculty construction in"double-high"institutions shows a good trend of cross-border integration and professionalism,craftsman guidance and international empowerment,school-enterprise co-education and multi-dimensional training.However,compared with the actual demand of high-quality development,there are still practical problems,such as the lack of power orientation,the weakness of ability literacy,and difficulties in development mechanism,which restrict the construction and development of teaching staff in"double-high"institutions.In order to break through the current difficulties and promote the further development of"double-high"institutions,it is supposed to adhere to the construction direction of"cultivating","training"and"management"in the future:the teacher professional development mechanism should be oriented by the construction of the teacher development center;the training system of teachers should be improved with focus on the improvement of"dual-qualification"teaching capabilities;the sustainable development ecology of teachers should be built with the guarantee of improving the management mechanism of teachers.
