摘　　要：[目的/意义]突发公共卫生事件在一定程度上影响着人们的行为习惯和行为方式,研究公众应对行为是引导公众采用科学应对方法的重要手段。[方法/过程]基于国务院公布的进一步优化疫情防控二十条措施背景下的疫情微博数据,采用扎根理论的分析方法,结合相关风险及行为决策理论,凝练突发公共卫生事件中公众应对行为的类型特征、发生规律以及形成机制模型。[结果/结论]信息属性、风险属性、信息源等是公众基于风险传播过程中的风险感知的重要因素,并受到个体响应和社会响应的调节。进而通过决策前的处理与感知来制定公众自身的行为决策过程。最后产生相应的问题聚焦应对、情绪聚焦应对和意义聚焦应对行为。[Purpose/significance]Public health emergencies affect people’s behavior habits and behavior manner to a certain ex-tent.Studying public coping behaviour is an important mean to guide the public to adopt scientific coping methods.[Method/process]Based on the epidemic Micro-blog data in the context of the twenty measures announced by the State Council to further optimize epidemic prevention and control􀆯this paper adopts the analytical method of rooting theory and combines relevant risk and behavioral decision-mak-ing theories to condense the type characteristics􀆯occurrence patterns and formation mechanism models of public coping behaviors in pub-lic health emergencies.[Result/conclusion]Information attributes􀆯risk attributes􀆯and information sources are important factors in the public’s risk perception based on the risk communication process􀆯and are moderated by individual responses and social responses.Then formulating the public’s own behavioral decision-making process through pre-decision processing and perception.Finally􀆯the corre-sponding problem-focused coping􀆯emotion-focused coping and meaning-focused coping behaviors are generated.
