摘 要:注水泵作为油田注水系统的主要地面设备,其电量消耗占油田总电量的25%以上,尤其在外围油田地层压力较高的区块,普遍采用柱塞式注水泵注水,耗电量更高。为了在油田生产过程中更加科学合理利用电能,对柱塞泵相关结构进行深入研究,发现柱塞泵漏失、柱塞泵组合阀漏失、密封圈老化、驱动方式不合理是影响其能耗的关键因素,通过采取优化柱塞泵表面结构和连接方式、定期调整研磨组合阀工作面、改变密封圈材料及改变变频驱动方式等措施来降低柱塞泵的运行能耗。现场测试结果表明,注水单耗由原来的7.82 kWh/m^(3)下降到7.17 kWh/m^(3),全年累计用电量较上年降低25.3%,创造经济效益76.2万元。As the main surface equipment of water injection system in oilfield,the power consumption of water injection pump accounts for more than 25%of the total power consumption of oilfield.In particular,in the blocks where the formation pressure of peripheral oil is high,the water injection pump with plunger type is widely used to inject water with higher power consumption.In order to make more scientific and rational use of electric energy in oilfield production,the related structures of the plunger pump,have been deeply studied.It is found that the leakage of plunger pump,the combination valve leakage of plunger pump,sealing ring deterioration and unreasonable driving mode are the key factors affecting energy consumption.The surface structure and connection mode of plunger pump are optimized,the working face of grinding combination valve is regularly adjusted,and the frequency conversion driving mode and sealing ring material are changed to reduce the operating energy consumption of plunger pump.The field test results show that the unit consumption of water injection has decreased from 7.82 kWh/m^(3)to 7.17 kWh/m^(3),and the cumulative electricity consumption in the whole year has decreased by 25.3%compared with last year,creating an economic benefit of 762000 yuan.
