摘　　要：根据制度经济学理论,企业行为不仅受到正式制度制约,也被文化类社会规范所影响。文章梳理了地域文化与公司行为及经济后果的相关文献,探讨了相关研究尚且存在的局限性,并针对文化的量化测度以及回归模型的内生性等问题进行了进一步分析。According to institutional economics theory,corporate behavior is not only constrained by formal institutions but also influenced by social norms like culture.This article reviews the relevant literature on the relationship between regional culture,corporate behavior and corporate economic consequences,discussing the limitations of existing research and further analyzes issues related to the quantitative measurement of culture as well as the endogeneity of regression models.
