摘　　要：针对当前产教融合不深、学科交叉程度低等问题,提出基于“产教融合+科教融合+赛教融合”即“三融合”的人才培养创新模式,并提出以“理论教学+实验教学+学科竞赛+企业实践”为核心的“四位一体”多层次、立体化专业教学体系,以此强化物流专业与其他学科交叉融合,推动物流人才培养模式创新,促进培养方案优化,提升人才培养质量。To address the challenges posed by insufficient integration of industry and education,as well as low levels of disciplinary cross-fertilization in the context of new liberal arts education,this study proposes an innovative talent training model based on the“Three Integration Principles”of“Industry-Education Integration,”“Science-Education Integration,”and“Competition-Education Integration.”This model introduces a multi-level and three-dimensional professional teaching system that focuses on“theory teaching,”“experimental teaching,”“discipline-based competition,”and“corporate practice,”embodying the“Four-in-One”principle.This approach strengthens the integration of logistics with other disciplines,promotes innovation in logistics talent training,optimizes talent training programs,and enhances the overall quality of talent cultivation.
