摘 要:为解决多路阀LS反馈回路压力损失的问题,设计一套先导式比例压力阀(简称压力阀),在输入压力变化的情况下,通过控制比例电磁铁来决定其压力输出,使得输出压力和多路阀最大工作压力相等。介绍了压力阀原理和结构,利用AMESim软件搭建了压力阀的仿真模型,设置模型的各项参数,模拟了压力阀的静态和动态特性,并对影响压力阀特性的关键因素进行探讨,为压力阀的设计和控制提供了理论依据。试验结果表明,所设计的压力阀输出压力与多路阀最大工作压力误差不超过0.23 MPa。In order to solve the pressure loss problem of LS feedback loop of multi-way valve,a set of pilot proportional pressure valve,hereinafter referred to as pressure valve,is designed.When the input pressure changes,the proportional electromagnet is controlled to determine its pressure output,so that the output pressure is equal to the maximum working pressure of the multi-way valve.This paper introduces the principle and structure of the pressure valve,builds a simulation model of the pressure valve with AMESim software,sets the parameters of the model,simulates the static and dynamic characteristics of the pressure valve,and discusses the key factors affecting the characteristics of the pressure valve,which provides a theoretical basis for the design and control of the pressure valve.The test results show that the error between the output pressure of the designed pressure valve and the maximum working pressure of the multi-way valve is less than 0.23 MPa.
