摘 要:混合动力船舶会采用双燃料模式运行,不同的运行工况下,船舶所需的燃料供应量会有所变化。通过调整燃料模式,使船舶以最佳燃料效率运行,从而减少能源消耗和燃料成本,但是在双燃料环境下,需要切换的模式增加,切换过程无法做到自适应,智能化程度较低。研究一种双燃料混合动力船舶燃料模式切换自适应控制技术。利用转速传感器采集船舶发动机转速信号并实施去噪处理;将船舶燃料模式分为三种,通过粒子群优化算法确定最佳的发动机转速差值分配方案,基于PID完成燃料模式切换自适应控制,实现三种燃料模式之间的有效自适应切换。结果表明:在三种工况下,所研究技术的超调率在2左右,且切换时的振动幅度在(0.15~0.22)m/s^(2)之间,说明该技术控制下燃料模式切换过程更加稳定,自适应应用效果较好。Hybrid vessels will operate in a dual fuel mode,and the fuel supply required for the vessel will vary under different operating conditions.By adjusting the fuel mode,the ship can operate at optimal fuel efficiency,thereby reducing energy consumption and fuel costs.However,in a dual fuel environment,the number of modes that need to be switched increases,and the switching process cannot be adaptive,resulting in a low level of intelligence.Research on a dual fuel hybrid electric ship fuel mode switching adaptive control technology.Using speed sensors to collect ship engine speed signals and implement denoising processing;Divide ship fuel modes into three types,determine the optimal engine speed difference allocation scheme through particle swarm optimization algorithm,and complete fuel mode switching adaptive control based on PID to achieve effective adaptive switching between the three fuel modes.The results show that under three operating conditions,the overshoot rate of the studied technology is around 2,and the vibration amplitude during switching is between(0.15~0.22)m/s^(2),indicating that the fuel mode switching process under the control of this technology is more stable and the adaptive application effect is better.
