扎根理论背景下高校档案馆电子档案利用率影响因素的分析

摘　　要：(目的/意义)探究高校档案馆电子档案利用影响因素,对于今后高校建设数字档案馆具有重要的理论价值和现实意义(过程/方法)文章主要以安徽大学档案馆为例,通过扎根理论方法构建出电子档案利用影响因素模型,研究档案利用者对电子档案利用的三个维度及其理论。(结果/结论)研究发现,利用者对电子档案利用存在主体因素,客体因素和社会环境因素三个维度,并对这些影响因素进行分析,从而最大限度地发挥电子档案的价值。(Purpose/Significance)Exploring the influencing factors of electronic archives utilization in university archives possesses important theoretical value and practical significance for the construction of digital archives in colleges and universities in the future(Process/Method).This paper takes mainly the Anhui University Archives as an example and constructs the influencing factors model of electronic archives utilization by grounded theory method.This paper studies the three dimensions and their theories of the use of electronic archives by archive users.(Results/Conclusion)It is found that there are three dimensions of subject factor,object factor and social environment factor in users'use of electronic archives,and these influencing factors are analyzed,so as to bring the value of electronic archives into full play.
