摘  要:在全面贯彻实施教育强国战略背景下,新文科建设为行政管理专业人才培养体系优化和高质量发展提供了历史机遇。行政管理专业新文科建设需要坚持价值塑造的公共性、知识体系的中国性、能力培养的应用性、质量管理的精准性原则,从使命引领的公共服务动机教育、“中国之治”引领的专业教育、协同育人引领的能力教育和交叉融合引领的创新教育四个方面培养拔尖创新型管理人才。在推进行政管理专业新文科建设过程中,需要从师资队伍建设、资源优化配置、培养质量管理体系、学生全周期可持续发展四个方面做好保障,探索出一条中国自主的行政管理本科人才培养模式。Under the background of implementing the strategy of rejuvenating China through Education,the the Construction of New Liberal Arts offers a historical opportunity for the major of public administration to innovate education process to achieve high-qualification development.The innovation of public administration education should be prone to publicity,the disciplinary building with Chinese characteristics,applicability of training and the precision of quality management.The development of exceptional,innovative management professionals is approached from four strategic educational perspectives:committing to public service rooted in a sense of moral purpose,enhancing professional competencies underpinned by the governing principles of China,advancing skill sets through collaborative efforts from school,family and social organization,and increasing capability for innovation by integrating cross-disciplinary studies.In the process of innovation,the education of public administration needs multiple faculties,more efficient resource allocation,quality management system and a full cycle sustainable development system for students to empower the Construction of New Liberal Arts.In the future,it is likely to create an independent undergraduate talent training model in the education of public administration for China.
