摘 要:未来产业人才培育是新形势下国家竞争优势塑造和经济高质量发展的重要基础,对实施人才强国战略具有重要意义。但是,当前中国未来产业在人才供给规模和质量、人才供需协同通道、人才培养氛围方面仍存在若干瓶颈问题。近年来,主要发达国家在未来产业人才培育方面积累了丰富经验,具有借鉴意义。为此,本文结合人才需求特点,从理念层、主体层、环境层3个方面提出完善人才培育机制、创新协同育人模式、引导技能人才转型的未来产业人才培育建议。Culturing future industrial talents is an essential foundation for shaping a country’s competitive advantage and achieving high-quality economic development under new circumstances.It holds significant importance for implementing a strategy to build a strong nation through talent.However,there are still several bottleneck issues in China’s future industries regarding the scale and quality of talent supply,the coordination of talent supply and demand channels,and the atmosphere of talent cultivation.In recent years,major developed countries have accumulated rich experiences cultivating future industrial talents,offering valuable insights for reference.Therefore,based on the characteristics of talent demand,this paper puts forward suggestions on improving talent cultivation mechanisms,innovating collaborative education models,and guiding the transformation of skilled professionals from the perspectives of mindset,subject,and environment.
