摘 要:督导是高校教学质量保障机制中的重要组成部分,当前许多高校该工作仍侧重于传统以教师为中心的“督教”,对正在开展的师范专业认证理念中“学生中心”体现不够。为更好地推进专业认证工作,高校督导需适时转变思想,改变传统督导工作中存在的脱离学生之弊病,深入教育教学一线,加强新形势下对学生学习情况的调查研究,加强直接“督学”以有针对性地解决学生遇到的问题,并在此基础上构建起以“督学”为中心,督学、督教和督管三者互相促进的循环模式。为此,需积极加强督导队伍建设,完善信息追踪、反馈机制,不断改进督导方式方法等,这样才能取得更好的效果。Teaching supervision is an important component of the guarantee mechanism for teaching quality in colleges and universities.Currently,many colleges and universities still focus on the traditional teacher-centered“supervision”,and not much emphasis is attached to the“student-centered”concept in the ongoing normal specialty accreditation.In order to better promote the work of specialty accreditation,teaching supervisors in colleges and universities need to change their thinking modes in time,and change the drawbacks of serious detachment from students in traditional supervision work.Besides,they shall go deep into the front line of education and teaching,strengthen the investigation and research on students'learning under the new situation,enhance direct“"supervision”to address students'problems in a targeted manner.By doing so,a circular model centered on“supervision”,in which supervision,education,and management promote each other.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the supervision team,improve information tracking and feedback mechanisms,and continuously improve supervision methods.Only in this way can better results be achieved.
