摘　　要：口腔异味是临床常见症状之一。随着社会发展,口腔异味成为公众日益关注的话题。口腔异味不仅影响人们的社会交往,还降低人们的生活质量。口腔异味的发病机制较复杂,与口腔疾病、全身系统性疾病有关,同时食用有气味的食物、酗酒、吸烟等生活习惯也是口腔异味的原因。口腔异味治疗方案的制订需要详细的临床检查,从而对症治疗。传统的机械清洁方法结合化学方法能在一定程度改善口腔异味,但远期效果有待进一步观察。因此近年来,益生菌、中草药等辅助治疗手段也受到越来越多的关注。另外因患者对口腔异味了解甚少,存在一定心理负担,医生应耐心进行心理疏导,提高患者的生活质量。本文就口腔异味的发病机制、临床表现、治疗方法等最新进展作一综述,以期为口腔异味的研究以及临床治疗提供参考。Halitosis is one of the common clinical symptoms.With the development of society,halitosis has become a growing public concern,which not only affects people's social interaction,but also reduces the life quality.The pathogenesis of halitosis is complicated,the factors,such as systemic diseases,oral diseases are associated with halitosis.Meanwhile,eating smelly food,drinking alcohol,smoking and other living habits are also the causes of halitosis.The treatment plan is depending a carefully clinical assessment for the symptomatic treatment.Traditional mechanical treatments combined with chemical treatments could improve the condition of halitosis to some extent,but the long-term effect is not satisfactory.Therefore,in recent years,probiotics,Chinese herbal medicine and other auxiliary treatment methods have also received more and more attention.In addition,patients have certain psychological burden because they know little about halitosis,and doctors should be patient to carry out psychological counseling to improve the quality of life of patients.This text reviewed the pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,treatment methods and the latest progress of halitosis,in order to provide reference for the research and clinical therapy for halitosis.
