中药穴位贴敷疗法在急性白血病化疗患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察穴位贴敷中脘、足三里、涌泉穴对减轻急性白血病化疗不良反应的效果。方法选取2021年10月至2023年4月江西中医药大学附属医院血液科收治的80例急性白血病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组采用常规护理方案,观察组在对照组的基础上联合中药穴位贴敷疗法。干预8 d后比较两组的胃肠道不良反应、食欲情况、卡氏评分(KPS)和护理满意度。结果观察组的恶心呕吐程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的食欲不振发生率及味觉异常发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后的食欲不振评分及味觉异常评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组的KPS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,两组患者的KPS评分均高于干预前,且观察组患者KPS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的护理总满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药穴位贴敷中脘、足三里、涌泉穴可以改善急性白血病患者化疗后不良反应,改善恶心呕吐情况、食欲味觉情况,值得临床推广使用。Objective To observe the effect of acupoint application at Zhongwan,Zusanli and Yongquan points on reducing the adverse reaction of chemotherapy for acute leukemia.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute leukemia admitted to the Department of Hematology,Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases).The control group was treated with routine nursing scheme,and the observation group was combined with acupoint application therapy of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.Gastrointestinal adverse reactions,appetite,Karnofsky performance score(KPS)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups after 8 days of intervention.Results The degree of nausea and vomiting in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of loss of appetite and abnormal taste between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of loss of appetite and abnormal taste in the observation group after intervention were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in KPS score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,KPS score of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and KPS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in total nursing satisfaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine to acupoints zhongwan,Zusanli and Yongquan can improve the adverse reactions of acute leukemia patients after chemotherapy,and improve nausea,vomiting,appetite and taste.
