摘　　要：高校学生党建工作是高校党建工作的重要组成部分,是高校“为党育人、为国育才”的重要保障。加强高校学生党建工作,就要积极发挥大学生党员在高校党建工作中的作用。高校应立足学校党建工作要求,在学生党建工作方面进行创新,推行“设岗定责”教育管理模式,开创性地在大学生党员群体中实行“三个任务”责任机制,使其成为学生党员锻炼的舞台、服务学生的平台、成长的基地和思想政治教育的阵地。The Party building work for college students is an important component of the Party building work in universities,and it is an important guarantee for universities to"educate people for the Party and the country".To strengthen the party building work of college students,it is necessary to actively play the role of college student party members in the party building work of universities.Universities should base themselves on the requirements of school party building work,innovate in student party building work,implement the"post setting and responsibility setting"educational management model,and creatively implement the"three tasks"responsibility mechanism among the student party members,making it a stage for student party members to exercise,a platform for serving students,a base for growth,and a battlefield for ideological and political education.
