摘　　要：湖北工业大学土木建筑与环境学院是湖北省省属高校首个国际化示范学院,“一带一路国际化示范班”(简称“国际班”)的创建是学院落实学校国际化发展战略、扎实推进国际化的一项重要举措,是土木工程专业国际化建设的载体。以高等教育国际化为基础,以“国际班”为例,探讨土木工程专业国际化人才培养的创新体系,从国际化人才培养目标、课程体系设计、教学内容实施、项目导师制和教学质量管理体系重构等方面提出培养国际化人才的具体途径,为国内高校国际化创新人才培养提供借鉴。The school of civil architecture and environment of Hubei university of technology is the first international demonstration college of provincial universities in Hubei Province.The establishment of the"the Belt and Road International Demonstration Class"(hereinafter referred to as the"international class")is an important measure for the college to implement its international development strategy and solidly promote internationalization,and is the carrier of the internationalization construction of civil engineering specialty.Based on the internationalization of higher education and taking the"international class"as an example,this paper explores the innovative system for cultivating international talents in civil engineering majors.Specific ways to cultivate international talents are proposed from the perspectives of international talent cultivation goals,course system design,teaching content implementation,project mentor system,and reconstruction of teaching quality management system,providing reference for the cultivation of international innovative talents in domestic universities.
