摘　　要：为缓解幼儿园师资队伍性别结构严重失衡的现状,2010年江苏省教育厅率先启动五年制师范学前教育专业免费师范男生培养工作。多年来,省、市各级教育部门、人社部门等联合支持免费男幼师的培养工作,如今免费男幼师培养已经成为江苏省学前教育发展的特色之一。文章对苏北地区乡镇中心幼儿园免费男幼师专业发展的现状、困境、专业成长路径等进行探讨。In order to alleviate the serious imbalance in the gender structure of kindergarten teaching staff,in 2010,the Jiangsu provincial department of Education took the lead in launching the free male teacher training program for five-year preschool education majors.For many years,education departments at all levels at the provincial and municipal levels,as well as human resources and social security departments,have jointly supported the cultivation of free male preschool teachers.Nowadays,the cultivation of free male preschool teachers has become one of the characteristics of the development of preschool education in Jiangsu province.The article explores the current situation,difficulties,and professional growth paths of free male preschool teachers in township central kindergartens in northern Jiangsu.
