摘 要:“职业生涯规划与素质教育”课程以提升学生的综合素质和择业、创业、就业能力为目的,贯穿大学教学全过程。为进一步提高育人实效,课程要紧跟时代发展步伐,画好大学生职业生涯规划教育与思政教育的同心圆,实现全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人。在具体教学中,高校要积极挖掘课程中蕴含的思政元素,建构“1224”课程思政改革模式,同时重视课程思政教学改革,加强教师队伍建设,创新教学方法,丰富考核方式,使课程思政与思政课程同向同行,发挥协同育人实效。The course"career planning and quality education"aims to enhance students'comprehensive qualities and abilities in career selection,entrepreneurship,and employment,and runs through the entire process of university teaching.In order to further improve the effectiveness of education,the curriculum should keep up with the pace of development of the times,draw a concentric circle between career planning education and ideological and political education for college students,and achieve full staff education,full process education,and all-round education.In specific teaching,universities should actively explore the ideological and political elements contained in the curriculum,construct the"1224"curriculum ideological and political reform model,attach importance to the reform of curriculum ideological and political education,strengthen the construction of the teaching team,innovate teaching methods,enrich assessment methods,make the curriculum ideological and political courses go hand in hand with the ideological and political curriculum,and play a collaborative educational effect.
