摘　　要：随着数字化时代的到来,商业环境快速变化,使得现代会计人才培养在技术变革、跨学科需求、国际化需求、职业能力培养等方面面临挑战,但也在技术驱动创新、多样化教学方式、国际交流与合作、跨学科融合等方面迎来机遇。基于现代会计人才培养目标,职业学校要在人才培养体系建设上、“1+X”证书制度应用上、教育教学策略改革上、会计实训基地建设上、师资队伍数字能力提升上进行探索,积极提升现代会计人才培养实效,使其符合数字化时代的发展要求。With the advent of the digital era and the rapid changes in the business environment,modern accounting talent cultivation is facing challenges in terms of technological change,interdisciplinary needs,internationalization needs,and professional ability cultivation.However,it also faces opportunities in areas such as technology driven innovation,diversified teaching methods,international exchange and cooperation,and interdisciplinary integration.Based on the goal of cultivating modern accounting talents,vocational schools should explore the construction of talent cultivation systems,the application of the"1+X"certificate system,the reform of education and teaching strategies,the construction of accounting training bases,and the improvement of digital capabilities of the teaching staff,actively improving the effectiveness of modern accounting talent cultivation and making it meet the development requirements of the digital era.
