摘　　要：本文结合生产经营管理实际,把质量文化理念和生产经营深度融合,创建“四位一体化”创新管理体系,在企业管理中落地生根,促进质量管理水平不断提高。Based on practical production and operation management,deeply integrated with the concept of quality culture and production and operation,"Four-in-One"innovative management system is created in this paper.This system takes root in enterprise management so as to promote the continuous improvement of quality management.
