沙参麦冬汤联合TP方案在非小细胞肺癌患者中的疗效及对细胞免疫、化疗毒副反应的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究及观察沙参麦冬汤联合紫杉醇+顺铂(TP)方案在非小细胞肺癌患者中的疗效及对细胞免疫、化疗毒副反应的影响。方法:将2019年10月—2022年6月福建中医药大学附属宁德中医院的80例非小细胞肺癌患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用TP方案进行治疗,观察组则采用沙参麦冬汤联合TP方案进行治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、化疗毒副反应发生率、治疗前后的中医症候积分及细胞免疫指标(CD19^(+)B细胞、CD3^(+)T细胞、CD3^(+)CD4^(+)T细胞及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,化疗毒副反应发生率均显著均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组中医症候积分及细胞免疫指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4、8周后观察组的中医症候积分均显著低于对照组,细胞免疫指标均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:沙参麦冬汤联合TP方案在非小细胞肺癌患者中的疗效较好,且可显著改善患者的细胞免疫状态及控制化疗毒副反应发生率。Objective:To investigate and observe the effect of efficacy of Shashen Maidong Decoction combined with Paclitaxel+Cisplatin(TP)regimen in the patients with non-small cell lung carcinoma and its influence for cellular immunity and toxic side effects of chemotherapy.Method:A total of 80 patients with non-small cell lung carcinoma in Ningde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to June 2022 were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with TP regimen,the observation group was treated with Shashen Maidong Decoction combined with TP regimen.Then the total effective rates,toxic side effects rates of chemotherapy,TCM syndrome integrals and cellular immune indexes(CD19^(+)B cell,CD3^(+)T cell,CD3^(+)CD4^(+)T cell and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the toxic side effects rates of chemotherapy were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in TCM syndrome integrals and cellular immune indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome integrals of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the cellular immune indexes were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Shashen Maidong Decoction combined with TP regimen in the patients with non-small cell lung carcinoma is better,it can significantly improve the cellular immunity state and control the toxic side effects rates of chemotherapy.
