阿立哌唑联合丙戊酸钠对躁狂症患者神经内分泌指标的影响及疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探究阿立哌唑联合丙戊酸钠对躁狂症患者神经内分泌指标及疗效的影响。方法:选取宜春市第三人民医院2021年1—12月收治的躁狂症患者80例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。两组均口服丙戊酸钠治疗,同时对照组联合使用氯丙嗪,观察组联合使用阿立哌唑治疗。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应、神经内分泌指标、躁狂症状。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组贝克-拉范森躁狂量表(BRMS)评分及神经内分泌指标水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4周后,两组BRMS评分、神经内分泌指标水平均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗过程中,观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阿立哌唑联合丙戊酸钠可显著提升躁狂症患者临床治疗效果,改善患者神经内分泌指标及躁狂症状,且药物安全性更高。Objective:To explore the effect of Aripiprazole combined with Sodium Valproate on neuroendocrine indexes and curative effect in patients with mania.Method:A total of 80 patients with mania admitted to Yichun Third People's Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected,they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Sodium Valproate orally,while the control group was treated with Chlorpromazine in combination,and the observation group was treated with Aripiprazole in combination.The treatment effects,adverse reactions,neuroendocrine indexes and manic symptoms in the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in the scores of Becker-Ravensen manic scale(BRMS),and the levels of neuroendocrine indexes(P>0.05);after 4 weeks treatment,the scores of BRMS and the levels of neuroendocrine indexes in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the course of treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Aripiprazole combined with Sodium Valproate can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect,improve neuroendocrine indicators and manic symptoms in patients with mania,and the drug safety is higher.
