摘　　要：目的:比较木立芦荟、中华芦荟和库拉索芦荟3种鲜品芦荟中芦荟苷的抗氧化活性。方法:以芦荟苷含量为评价指标,利用超声提取法获得芦荟苷乙醇提取液,采用体外测试法考察不同品种中芦荟苷的抗氧化活性。结果:木立芦荟苷提取物(ALMs)中芦荟苷含量最高(9.02 mg/g)。中华芦荟苷提取物(ALZs)在清除DPPH自由基、ABTS自由基、羟基自由基方面均有一定的优势,其EC50值分别为0.78 mg/mL、0.24 mg/mL和1.35 mg/mL。结论:不同品种芦荟中芦荟苷有不同的抗氧化活性,本研究可为芦荟的进一步开发利用提供研究依据。Objective:The antioxidant activities of aloin in Aloe arborescens Mill.,Aloe vera L.var.chinensis(Haw.)Berg.,and Aloe barbadensis Miller are compared.Methods:With aloin content as evaluation index,ethanol extract of aloin is obtained by ultrasonic extraction method,respectively.The antioxidant activities of aloin from different varieties is investigated by in vitro.Results:The content of aloin in extraction of Aloe arborescens Mill.(ALMs)is highest(9.02 mg/g).extraction of Aloe vera L.var.chinensis(Haw.)Berg.(ALZs)had advantages in scavenging DPPH free radicals,ABTS free radicals and hydroxyl free radicals,and the EC50 values are 0.78 mg/mL,0.24 mg/mL and 1.35 mg/mL,respectively.Conclusion:Aloin in varying varieties of Aloe have different degrees of antioxidant activities,which provides a research basis for the further development.
