摘  要:机械传动噪声与振动不仅影响人员身体健康,还会对周围环境产生污染。压电分流阻尼技术是利用压电材料的特性来实现机械噪声控制和减振的技术。该文利用压电材料的特性,设计了压电分流阻尼电路,并通过极点配置方法得到了最优的电感值和电阻值,通过试验验证了压电分流阻尼技术对振动的控制效果,结果表明压电分流阻尼技术在振动控制方面具有明显优势。通过研究,对压电分流阻尼技术在机械噪声与振动控制方面的应用有了更深入的了解,并为该技术在工程实践中的应用提供了有益的参考和指导。Mechanical transmission noise and vibration will not only affect the health of personnel,but also pollute the surrounding environment.Piezoelectric shunt damping technology is a technology that uses the properties of piezoelectric materials to achieve mechanical noise control and vibration damping.In this paper,the piezoelectric shunt damping circuit is designed by using the characteristics of piezoelectric materials,and the optimal inductance and resistance values are obtained through the pole configuration method,and the control effect of the piezoelectric shunt damping technology on vibration is Verified by experiments,and the results show that the piezoelectric shunt damping technology has obvious advantages in vibration control.Through the research,we have a deeper understanding of the application of piezoelectric shunt damping technology in mechanical noise and vibration control,and provide a useful reference and guidance for the application of this technology in engineering practice.
