摘　　要：分析当代大学生的特点及“程序设计基础”课程在讲授过程中存在的问题,结合以成果为导向的教学理念,从教学内容的设计、课程资源平台的构建、帮扶团队的组建、思政元素的引入和多维度考核方式的设计五方面进行教学改革。通过改革,使学生自主学习的积极性得到了提高,从被动学习到主动学习的习惯得到转变,动手实践能力得到提升。通过近三年的学生参加比赛成绩对比分析,学生的成绩逐年提升,教学改革获得了学生的认可。Analyzing the characteristics of contemporary college students and the existing problems in the teaching process of Programming Foundation course,in combination with results oriented teaching philosophy,from five aspects of the design of the teaching content,the construction of curriculum resources platform,forming a helping team,introducing ideological elements and design the way of multidimensional assessment the teaching reform is carried out.Through the reform,the enthusiasm of students for independent learning has been improved,the habits of students from passive learning to active learning have been transformed,and their practical ability has been improved.Through the comparative analysis of the students’participation in the competition in the past three years,the students’performance has improved year by year,and the teaching reform has been recognized by the students.
