摘  要:近年来,煤矿领域正朝着智能化方向发展,结合当前煤矿智能化技术的发展及应用情况,对煤矿竖井中无人驾驶料车中的智能网联管理系统设计。无人车车端利用点云毫米波或激光雷达感知附近障碍物,在此基础上依托单车智能无人车技术实现无人自动驾驶。总结并设计了无人驾驶作业时的全流程及关键功能,平台接到派单后对路劲进行规划,然后开始无人驾驶,并完成装卸载工作,最后返程,期间如果出现失控、临时障碍物、路侧预警或者会车等情况,均有对应的预案。根据现场施工作业工况,完成了无人驾驶操纵全流程在煤矿井下中的应用效果设计,直观展示了现场无人驾驶施工的全流程现状,这为后期的具体施工设计提供了重要指导和参考意义。In recent years,the field of coal mining has been developing towards intelligence.Based on the current development and application of intelligent technology in coal mines,an intelligent network management system for unmanned driving of hopper cars in coal mine shafts was designed.The unmanned vehicle terminal utilizes point cloud millimeter wave or LiDAR to perceive nearby obstacles,and on this basis,relies on single vehicle intelligent unmanned vehicle technology to achieve autonomous driving.This paper summarized and designed the entire process and key functions of unmanned driving operations.After receiving the dispatch order,the platform planned the road force,then began unmanned driving,completed the loading and unloading work,and finally returned.If there were any situations such as loss of control,temporary obstacles,roadside warnings,or collisions during this period,corresponding contingency plans were prepared.Based on the on-site construction operation conditions,the application effect design of the entire process of unmanned driving control in coal mine underground has been completed,which intuitively displays the current situation of the entire process of on-site unmanned driving construction,providing important guidance and reference significance for the specific construction design in the later stage.
