合格评估后PDCA循环在二级学院教学档案管理改革中的应用研究--以四川旅游学院外国语学院为例

摘　　要：教学档案资料记录着学院、学科发展的历史,具有举足轻重的作用,也为学院的各类本科评估、专业认证等工作提供了重要的数据支撑。本文以四川旅游学院外国语学院为个案,探讨二级学院教学档案管理优化改革方式,运用PDCA循环理论,构建学院PDCA教学档案双循环管理模型,改革传统管理模式,使学院教学档案管理工作不断优化,良性向前发展,为未来的审核评估打好基础。Teaching archives record the history of the development of colleges and disciplines,which plays an important role,and also provides important data support for all kinds of undergraduate evaluation and professional certification of colleges.Taking the School of Foreign Languages of Sichuan Tourism University as an example,this paper discusses the optimization and reform of teaching archives management in secondary colleges,constructs the PDCA double cycle management model of teaching archives by using the PDCA cycle theory,reforms the traditional management mode,optimizes the teaching archives management of the college,develops benignly,and lays a good foundation for future audit and evaluation.
