摘  要:《中国人力资源开发》是我国人力资源管理领域最具代表性的专业期刊之一,大量汇聚了该领域的优秀学术成果与先进实践经验。为纪念创刊40周年,本文系统梳理了1984年以来我国人力资源管理制度情境、管理实践与学术研究的发展历程,重点剖析了《中国人力资源开发》对我国人力资源管理的引领与推动作用。研究发现:(1)40年来,我国人力资源管理整体呈现出“引入改革→探索成长→深化完善→变革创新”的演进脉络;(2)《中国人力资源开发》顺应经济和社会的发展趋势,持续推动了西方人力资源管理的理念引入与我国人力资源管理的改革转型、实践探索、系统深化与创新变革;(3)构建中国特色人力资源管理理论体系、探讨人力资源管理的数智化新命题、多维度深化人力资源管理研究、加强人力资源管理师资队伍建设、充分发挥学术社群的桥梁纽带与协同推动作用等将是未来我国人力资源管理的重要发展方向。"Human Resources Development of China"stands as the preeminent authoritative professional journal in the field of human resource management,encompassing a wealth of outstanding academic achievements and advanced practical experiences.In commemoration of its 40th anniversary,this article systematically reviews the developmental trajectory of the institutional context,management practices,and academic research of Chinese human resource management since 1984,and reveals the guiding and driving role of"Human Resources Development of China"for Chinese human resource management.It is found that:(1)Over the past 40 years,Chinese human resource management has undergone an evolutionary progression characterized by the stages of"introducing reforms→exploring growth→deepening and refining→transformative innovation."(2)"Human Resources Development of China,"aligning with the trends in economic and social development,has guided the introduction of concepts,reform and transformation,practical exploration,systematic deepening,and innovative changes in Chinese human resource management.(3)Constructing the distinctive Chinese human resource management theoretical system,exploring new issues of digital and intelligent human resource management,deepening human resource management research,reinforcing faculty development,as well as fully harnessing the collaborative role of academic communities are key directions and critical tasks for the future of Chinese human resourcemanagement.
