摘  要:目的基于总量统计矩分析法对“九制”黄精UPLC指纹图谱进行评价研究其异同。方法采用超高效液相法(UP-LC)建立“九制”黄精指纹图谱,通过总量统计矩分析法对不同蒸制次数黄精之间的统计矩参数及相似性进行评价。结果黄精生品至十二蒸蒸制品AUCT、MCRTT、VCRTT的RSD值分别是31.51%、16.42%、35.23%;一至十二蒸AUCT、MCRTT、VCRTT的RSD值分别是29.98%、15.91%、33.34%;二至十二蒸AUCT、MCRTT、VCRTT的RSD值分别是25.87%、7.74%、29.43%。三至十二蒸AUCT、MCRTT、VCRTT的RSD值分别是20.20%、4.01%、20.70%。生品至二蒸3批饮片总量统计矩相似度在0.9以上,三蒸至十二蒸9批饮片总量统计矩相似度在0.85以上。结论三蒸前,不同黄精饮片相似度高,三蒸后不同蒸制次数黄精饮片相速度高,说明三蒸前后其整体化学成分性质及构成比分别相似。黄精蒸制次数达到三蒸后即可称为“九制”黄精,可为多蒸黄精质量控制提供参考。Objective To evaluate the UPLC fingerprint of"nine system"Polygonatum sibiricum based on total statistical moment analysis.Methods Ultrahigh performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)was used to establish the fingerprint of Polygonatum sibiricum Thunb.Results RSD values of AUCT,MCRTT and VCRTT from Huangjing crude to twelve steamed products were 31.51%,16.42%and 35.23%respectively;The RSD values of AUCT,MCRTT and VCRTT from 7the first to the twelfth steaming are 29.98%,15.91%and 33.34%respectively;The RSD values of AUCT,MCRTT and VCRTT from the second to the twelfth steaming were 25.87%,7.74%and 29.43%respectively.The RSD values of AUCT,MCRTT and VCRTT from the third to the twelfth steaming are 20.20%,4.01%and 20.70%respectively.The similarity of the statistical moment of the total amount of three batches of slices from the raw product to the second steaming is above 0.9,and the similarity of the statistical moment of the total amount of nine batches of slices from the third steaming to the twelfth steaming is above 0.85.Conclusion Before and after three steaming,the similarity of different rhizoma polygonati decoction pieces is high,and after three steaming,the phase speed of rhizoma polygonati decoction pieces with different steaming times is high,which indicates that the overall chemical composition properties and composition ratios are similar before and after three steaming.After three times of steaming,it can be called"nine systems"of polygonatum,which can provide reference for quality control of polygonatum.
