摘　　要：目的根据第11版《国际疾病分类》(International Classification of Diseases 11th Revision,ICD-11)新纳入的游戏障碍诊断指南,设计和验证网络成瘾量表。方法参考Young的网络成瘾量表(Internet Addiction Test,IAT)、陈淑惠的中文网络成瘾量表(Revised Chen Internet Addiction Scale,CIAS-R)和Lin编制的智能手机成瘾量表(Smartphone Addiction Inventory,SPAI)中的维度和题项,结合ICD-11游戏障碍诊断指南,询问成瘾医学专家和心理治疗师的意见,创建题项。随后对建成的网络成瘾量表进行预检验、验证和结果分析。结果本量表预检验时探索性因素分析得出3个维度,确定有效题项15项,验证性因素分析结果:χ^(2)/df值为2.22,RMSEA为0.07,CFI、IFI、TLI、NFI值均大于0.9,各维度对应各题项的因子荷载均大于0.6,各潜变量的平均方差变异AVE均大于0.5,组合信度CR值均大于0.8。结论本量表的可行性、信度及效度均较好,可作为网络成瘾识别的测量表。Objective Based on the newly added diagnostic guidelines for gaming disorders in the International Classification of Diseases 11th Revision,the Internet Addiction Scale was designed and validated.Methods The Internet Addiction Scale was developed in reference to Young's Internet Addiction Test(IAT),Chen's Revised Chen Internet Addiction Scale(CIAS-R)and Lin's Smartphone Addiction Inventory(SPAI).ICD-11 gaming disorder diagnosis guide and suggestions of addiction medical experts and psychotherapists were also taken into consideration.Then the Internet Addiction Scale was pre-tested,verified and analyzed.Results In the pre-test,exploratory factor analysis obtained three dimensions,and 15 valid items were determined.The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that χ^(2)/df was 2.22,RMSEA was 0.07,CFI,IFI,TLI and NFI were all greater than 0.9,the factor load of each item corresponding to each dimension was all greater than 0.6,the average variance variation AVE of each latent variable was all greater than 0.5,and the combined reliability CR value was all greater than 0.8.Conclusion The feasibility,reliability and validity of this scale are good,and it can be used for the identification of Internet addiction.
