摘 要:探讨丁苯胶乳上胶量、胶乳种类对美纹纸在高温、低温、湿热、自然环境下的老化影响,结果表明:提高丁苯胶乳上胶量有助于提高美纹纸的耐老化性,高温环境对美纹纸的强度影响最大,平均保留率为77%,其次是低温环境、湿热环境、自然环境,平均保留率依次为92%、93%、95%;采用氯丁胶乳、苯丙胶乳、^(#)2丁苯胶乳浸渍的美纹纸具备较好的耐低温、耐湿热、耐自然老化特性,水性聚氨酯浸渍的美纹纸次之,^(#)1丁苯胶乳浸渍的美纹纸相对较差,但上述最低值与最高值相差约10%~16%,差距不大;高温老化时,氯丁胶乳、苯丙胶乳浸渍的美纹纸最高耐受温度不超过150℃,水性聚氨酯浸渍的美纹纸最高耐受温度不超过180℃,丁苯胶乳浸渍美纹纸的最高耐受温度不超过210℃,因此应根据使用场景,选择合适的胶乳浸渍产品。The effects of adhesive absorption amount and types of latex on the aging of crepe paper under high temperature,low temperature,damp heat and natural environment were discussed.The results showed that increasing adhesive absorption amount could improve the aging resistance of crepe paper.The high temperature environment had the greatest influence on the strength of crepe paper,with an average retention rate of 77%,followed by low temperature environment,damp heat environment and natural environment,with an average retention rate of 92%,93%and 95%,respectively.The crepe paper impregnated with neoprene latex,styrene-acrylic latex and ^(#)2 styrene-butadiene latex had better low temperature resistance,heat and humidity resistance and natural aging resistance,followed by waterborne polyurethane impregnated paper.The crepe paper impregnated with ^(#)1 styrene-butadiene latex was relatively worse,but the difference between the lowest value and the highest value mentioned above was about 10%~16%,and the difference was not significant.During high temperature aging,the maximum temperature tolerance of crepe paper impregnated with chloroprene latex and styrene-acrylic latex did not exceed 150℃,impregnated with waterborne polyurethane did not exceed 180℃,and impregnated with styrene-butadiene latex did not exceed 210℃.Therefore,appropriate latex impregnated products should be selected according to the use scenarios.
