摘 要:为了研究抽水蓄能电站球阀自激振动以维护设备正常运行,提出了球阀自激振动建模与分析框架。首先通过水锤波在压力管道中的传播特性和柔性阀门漏水特性基于特征线法建立了自激振动系统的综合仿真模型;其次基于粒子群优化算法对不确定的模型参数进行优化,以提高监测数据与仿真结果的一致性;最后基于优化模型设计了4种对比方案对自激振动特性进行分析。结果表明:初始扰动越大,自激振动增长速度也就越快;当不同管道中的水锤波速一致时,不同管道长度组合对自激振动会产生较大影响;分叉管道的长度和直径分别影响自激振动的频率与增长速度;双柔性阀门系统会进一步增大自激振动的增长速度。In order to study the self-excited vibration of a ball valve in pumped storage power station and maintain the normal operation of equipment,a modeling and analysis framework for the self-excited vibration of a ball valve was proposed.Firstly,a comprehensive simulation model of self-excited vibration system was established based on the method of characteristics through the propagation characteristics of water hammer wave in a pressure pipe and the leakage characteristics of a flexible valve.Secondly,the uncertain model parameters were optimized based on particle swarm optimization algorithm to improve the consistency of monitoring data and simulation results.Finally,four comparative schemes were designed based on the optimization model to analyze the self-excited vibration characteristics.Results show that the larger the initial disturbance,the faster the growth rate of self-excited vibration.When the water hammer wave velocity in different pipelines is consistent,different pipeline length combinations will have a significant impact on self-excited vibration;the length and diameter of the bifurcated pipeline affect the frequency and growth rate of self-excited vibration respectively;the double flexible valve system will further increase the growth rate of self-excited vibration.
