摘 要:为提高电费资金数据监控的完整性,设计基于混合高斯模型的电费资金全过程监控系统。系统设计为三个层次,其中,支撑层是采集和集成电费信息及电费资金信息,存储至数据库;业务层是全面分析电费资金数据,发送至管理层;管理层是构建高斯混合自回归模型,实现电费资金全过程监控。测试结果表明:系统的电费资金数据存储的完整性均在0.95以上,资金沉淀率为0.5%左右。In order to improve the integrity of data monitoring of electric charge funds,a whole process monitoring system of electric charge funds based on Gaussian mixture model is designed.The system is designed into three levels,in which the supporting layer col-lects and integrates the electricity charge information and electricity charge fund information,and stores them in the database;The business layer is to comprehensively analyze the electricity bill fund data and send it to the management;Management is to build Gaussian mixture autoregressive model to realize the whole process monitoring of electricity funds.The test results show that the integrity of the data storage of electricity fee funds in the system is above 0.95,and the fund precipitation rate is about 0.5%.
