摘  要:目的:探究心理咨询师的胜任力现状及其相关因素。方法:对全国208名从业的心理咨询师开展在线调查,使用自编的心理咨询师职业现状问卷收集一般人口学信息(性别、年龄、学历程度等)和职业信息(工作年限、工作形式、督导情况等),使用受训者评估表(Trainee Evaluation Form)测量心理咨询师的胜任力水平。结果:(1)胜任力在性别、年龄和学历程度上差异无统计学意义;(2)全职心理咨询师的胜任力高于兼职咨询师(t=2.468,p=0.014);个人执业的咨询师胜任力高于在机构工作的咨询师(t=3.746,p<0.001);(3)从业超过10年的咨询师胜任力更高(均p<0.05);参加过胜任力培训的咨询师胜任力更高(t=2.476,p=0.014);每周个案量低于5个的咨询师胜任力更低(p<0.05);(4)回归模型显示(F=10.933,p<0.001,R2=0.177,R2 adj=0.161),从业年限、每周个案量和执业方式对胜任力的影响显著。结论:从业年限和每周个案量是心理咨询师胜任力的相关因素,积累工作经验仍是提升其胜任力的主要途径。Objective:To investigate the current competence of psychological counselors and its related factors.Methods:An online survey was conducted on 208 psychological counselors nationwide.Each participant was required to answer two questionnaires:(1)The Psychological Counselor Professional Status Questionnaire developed in this study was used to collect general demographic information(gender,age,educational degree,etc.)and professional information(working years,working form,supervision,etc.)of the psychological counselor;(2)The Trainee Evaluation Form was used to measure the competence of the psychological counselor.Results:(1)There were no significant difference in competence among psychological counselors with different age,gender and educational degree.(2)The competence of full-time psychological counselors was significantly higher than that of part-time psychological counselors(t=2.468,p=0.014).And compared with the psychological counselors working in the institutions,psychological counselors working in private had significantly higher competence(t=3.746,p<0.001).(3)Psychological counselors with more than 10 years working experience had significantly higher competence(p<0.05).Psychological counselors who had participated in competence-related training had significantly higher competence(t=2.476,p=0.014).Psychological counselors who had less than 5 number of cases per week had significantly lower competence than that of counselors with more than 5 number of cases per week(p<0.05).(4)Regression model(F=10.933,p<0.001,R2=0.177,R2 adj=0.161)found that the influence of working years,number of cases per week and practice mode on competence were significant.Conclusion:Working years and number of cases per week are the related factors of psychological counselors’competence,and accumulating work experience is still the main way for psychological counselors to improve their competence.
