摘  要:3D打印技术又称为快速成型术,以数字模型为基础,使用计算机辅助虚拟设计及控制联合多层次技术,将各种黏合材料制作成具有个体特异性和复杂内部结构的实体模型技术,它不仅具有快速成型的特点,还具有真实及直观性,目前已经逐渐运用在教学中。通过3D打印实体模型教学引导学员通过逼真的模型进行相关知识点的学习,丰富教学内容,提高教学的趣味性,填补了解剖标本缺乏的空白,弥补了传统教学的不足之处,符合当今临床医学教育发展的趋势。内科系统疾病表现多样、病因复杂,心内科、呼吸科、神经内科等专科疾病需要学生具备较强的空间想象能力及推理能力,是教学中的重点难点。文章通过对3D打印技术在内科教学的应用进展进行综述,为提高内科教学质量及教学水平提供参考意见。3D printing technology as rapid prototyping,based on digital models and uses computer aided virtual design and control combined with multi-level technology to make various adhesive materials into solid models with individual specificity and complex internal structure.It not only has the characteristics of rapid prototyping,but also has authenticity and intuition,and has been gradually applied in teaching.Through 3D printing solid model teaching,students are guided to learn relevant knowledge points through realistic models,enrich the teaching content,improve the interest of teaching,fill the gap of anatomy specimen,make up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching,and conform to the development trend of clinical medicine education today.Medical system diseases have diverse manifestations and complicated causes.Specialized diseases such as cardiology,respiratory and neurology require students to have strong spatial imagination and reasoning ability,which is the key and difficult point in teaching.This paper summarizes the application of 3D printing technology in the teaching of internal medicine,and provides reference for improving the teaching quality and level of internal medicine.
