摘　　要：脂蛋白a[Lp(a)]是心血管疾病的危险因素。该文总结了Lp(a)的结构、合成代谢及作用机制,Lp(a)与心血管疾病和肝肾疾病、糖尿病等其他疾病的关系,重点概述了降低血浆Lp(a)水平的传统降脂方案和目前热门的新型疗法,如米泊美生、Pelacarsen、Olpasiran等,以及相关药物对Lp(a)水平的干扰效果和对心血管事件的获益程度。如何降低血浆Lp(a)水平,改善患者预后,将是未来Lp(a)相关研究的关键。Lipoprotein a[Lp(a)]is a risk factor for cardiovascular disease.This paper summarizes the structure,anabolism and mechanism of action of Lp(a),and the relationship between Lp(a)and cardiovascular diseases,liver and kidney diseases,diabetes mellitus and other diseases.It focuses on the traditional lipid-lowering regimen to reduce plasma Lp(a)level and the current popular novel therapies,such as mipomersen,pelacarsen,olpasiran,and the interfering effect of related drugs on Lp(a)level and the degree of benefit on cardiovascular events.How to reduce plasma Lp(a)level and improve patient prognosis will be the key to future Lp(a)related research.
