伢碘微创凝胶去龋技术治疗儿童龋齿的临床疗效及不良反应分析

摘　　要：目的分析伢碘微创凝胶去龋技术治疗儿童龋齿的临床疗效及不良反应。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月本院收治的100例龋齿患儿作为研究对象,按照随机分组法分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。对照组采用牙钻磨牙治疗,观察组采用伢碘微创凝胶去龋技术治疗,比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率、疼痛程度及临床指标。结果观察组总有效率为96.00%,明显高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为8.00%,低于对照组的24.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间、口腔功能恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论伢碘微创凝胶治疗龋齿效果显著,患儿疼痛程度减轻,可缩短治疗及口腔功能恢复时间,提高安全性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analysis of clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of carisolv iodine minimally invasive gel caries removal technology in children.Methods 100 children with dental caries admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random grouping method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dental drill,and the observation group was treated with carisolv iodine minimally invasive gel caries removal technology.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,degree of pain and clinical indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 82.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.00%,which was lower than 24.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain degree in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time and oral function recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The minimally invasive gel of iodine is effective in the treatment of dental caries,which can reduce the pain of children,shorten the time of treatment and oral function recovery,improve safety,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
