摘 要:微RNA(miRNA)可通过调控多个基因的表达,潜在调节细胞功能的各个方面,进而参与生物体内的免疫与炎症反应。自身免疫性肝炎(AIH)是免疫介导的慢性炎症性肝病。近年来,miRNA通过调控多种炎症信号通路,影响炎症因子的表达,从而在AIH的免疫应答和疾病进展过程中发挥着重要的作用,一些mi RNA有望成为AIH诊断和治疗的新型无创性生物标志物。本文综述mi RNA在AIH中的研究进展,以期为临床诊治AIH提供新思路。MicroRNA(miRNA)can potentially regulate various aspects of cellular function by regulating the expression of multiple genes,which in turn is involved in immune and inflammatory responses in living organisms.Autoimmune hepatitis(AIH)is an immune-mediated chronic inflammatory liver disease.In recent years,miRNA has played an important role in the immune response and disease progression of AIH by regulating multiple inflammatory signaling pathways and influencing the expression of inflammatory factors.Some miRNAs are expected to become a novel non-invasive biomarker for the diagnosis and treatment of AIH.This article will review the research progress of miRNA in AIH,in order to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of AIH.
