摘 要:本文运用PDCA循环管理研究方法,对医院临床科室大型活动绩效考核进行详细的改进和研究,以期更好地提高管理工作,提升医院综合实力,提升医院管理服务效率,提高职工满意度。通过制订计划、明确问题,改进研究、组织实施,监督总结、定期考核,有效沟通、持续改进,不断完善大型活动绩效考核管理办法,使临床科室重视程度日益加强,职能处室管理水平进一步提高,更好地体现公平公正。同时,构建科学有效的绩效考核体系,调动了工作积极性,提高了工作效率和质量,取得了良好的社会效益。In this paper,the PDCA cycle management research method is used to improve and study the performance assessment of large-scale activities in clinical departments of hospitals in detail,so as to better improve management work,enhance the comprehensive strength of hospitals,enhance the efficiency of hospital management services,and improve staff satisfaction.Through formulating plans,clarifying problems,improving research,organizing implementation,supervising and summarizing,regular assessment,effective communication and continuous improvement,and constantly improving performance appraisal management methods for large-scale activities,the clinical departments have increasingly strengthened their attention,further improved the management level of functional departments,and better reflected fairness and justice.At the same time,the establishment of a scientific and effective performance appraisal system has aroused the enthusiasm of work,improved the efficiency and quality of work,and achieved good social benefits.
