摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)是一种病因尚未明确的慢性非特异性肠道炎症性疾病。UC相关结直肠癌(ulcerative colitis associated colorectal cancer,UC-CRC)是UC患者最严重的并发症之一,是导致UC患者死亡的重要原因。由于UC-CRC具有独特的临床特点,其手术适应证、手术时机以及手术方式的选择以及围手术期处理等方面均有别于散发性结直肠癌。本文就UC-CRC外科治疗现状以及围手术期管理等方面进行综述,旨在为临床实践提供参考。Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic,non-specific inflammatory disease of the intestinal tract,the etiology of which remains uncertain.Ulcerative colitis associated colorectal cancer(UC-CRC)stands as one of the most severe complications for UC patients,presenting as a significant cause of mortality.Due to its distinctive clinical features,the indications of surgery,optimal timing,surgical approach,and perioperative management differ from those of sporadic colorectal cancer.This article aims to provide a comprehensive review of the current status of surgical treatments for UC-CRC and perioperative management,serving as a valuable reference for clinical practice.
