摘　　要：目的:探讨黑龙江省青少年健康体检状况,分析异常情况。方法:按照医院自行设计的体检表格和项目对2019年5月—2023年7月黑龙江省1981名青少年进行健康体检。结果:检查项目异常占比前几位依次是收缩压、心电图、眼病、BMI、裸眼视力、舒张压、腹部彩超、心率、ALT、精神心理测试。健康问题主要集中在:高血压、视力不良、脂肪肝、肥胖、心脏病、精神心理异常。logistic回归分析显示,年龄、体重、收缩压、裸眼视力左右、眼病是影响检查结果的重要影响因素(OR=0.780、1.120、1.190、0、0,P<0.05)。结论:黑龙江省属于严寒地区,青少年心血管疾病、眼病、肥胖、脂肪肝、肝功异常是主要健康问题;年龄、体重、收缩压、裸眼视力、眼病是影响检查结果的重要影响因素。Objective:To explore the status of adolescent health checkups in Heilongjiang Province and to analyze the abnormalities.Methods:Health checkups were conducted for 1981 adolescents in Heilongjiang Province from May 2019 to July 2023 in accordance with the hospital’s self-designed checkup forms and programs.Results:The top percentages of abnormalities in screening programs were,in order,systolic blood pressure,electrocardiogram,eye disease,BMI,naked eye vision,diastolic blood pressure,abdominal ultrasound,heart rate,ALT,and psychosomatic testing.Health problems were centered on high blood pressure,poor vision,fatty liver,obesity,heart disease,and psychosomatic abnormalities.Logistic regression analysis showed that age,body weight,systolic blood pressure,naked-eye visual acuity around,and ocular disease were significant influences on the examination results(OR=0.780,1.120,1.190,0,0,P<0.05).Conclusion:Heilongjiang Province is a cold region,and cardiovascular disease,eye disease,obesity,fatty liver,and liver function abnormalities are the main health problems in adolescents,and age,body weight,systolic blood pressure,naked-eye visual acuity,and eye disease are the important influencing factors affecting the results of the examination.
