隐形矫治器对正畸治疗患者牙髓活力、牙髓蛋白因子、前牙根吸收的影响

摘　　要：目的分析隐形矫治器对正畸治疗患者牙髓活力、牙髓蛋白因子、前牙根吸收的影响。方法选取佛山市中医院口腔医疗中心2022年1月至12月收治的80例正畸治疗成年患者为研究对象,利用随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和研究组(40例),对照组患者采用自锁托槽矫治器,研究组患者则采用隐形矫治器进行正畸矫治治疗,比较两组患者的牙髓活力、牙髓蛋白因子情况以及前牙根吸收情况。结果治疗前,两组患者的牙髓活力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、3及6个月后,研究组牙髓活力数据低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1个月后,研究组的牙髓组织中c-Fos、基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶8(MMP-8)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)数据低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的前牙牙根吸收量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6个月后,两组患者的前牙牙根吸收量均高于治疗前,且研究组患者的治疗6个月后前牙牙根吸收量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在正畸治疗过程中,实施隐形矫治器可以有效提高牙髓活力,并减少前牙根吸收量、减少牙髓组织中的蛋白因子水平,有利于牙齿牙周牙髓的健康。Objective To analyze the effects of invisible appliance on pulp vitality,pulp protein factors,and anterior root resorption in orthodontic treatment patients.Methods 80 adult patients treated with orthodontic treatment at the Stomatological Medical Center,Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and study group(40 cases)using a random number table method.The control group was treated with self-locking bracket appliance,while the study group was treated with invisible appliance.The pulp activity,pulp protein factors and anterior root absorption of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in pulp activity between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1,3 and 6 months of treatment,the pulp activity of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the content of c-Fos,matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP-2),matrix metalloproteinase 8(MMP-8)and matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP-9)of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in anterior tooth root absorption between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the anterior tooth root absorption in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the anterior tooth root absorption in the study group was lower than that in the control group after 6 months of treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of orthodontic treatment,the implementation of invisible appliances can effectively improve pulp vitality,reduce anterior root resorption,and reduce protein factor levels in pulp tissue,which is beneficial for the health of the periodontal and pulp of teeth.
