摘　　要：目的对比分析Ahmed青光眼阀植入术与复合式小梁切除术分别联合阿柏西普对新生血管性青光眼患者疗效及视力的影响。方法前瞻性选择自2019年1月至2022年12月咸阳市第一人民医院接诊的80例(80眼)新生血管性青光眼患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为A组和B组,各40例(40眼)。其中A组予以Ahmed青光眼阀植入术治疗,B组予以复合式小梁切除术治疗,两组均联合阿柏西普治疗。记录两组患者不同时间点(手术前、手术后7 d、14 d、1个月、3个月)的眼压、最佳矫正视力,比较两组视力改善效果、并发症发生情况、手术成功率。结果手术后7 d、14 d、1个月、3个月,两组眼压均较手术前明显降低,其中A组手术后1、3个月的眼压分别为(1.92±0.37)、(1.93±0.35)kPa,均明显低于B组[(2.33±0.51)、(2.27±0.42)kPa],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术后7 d、14 d、1个月、3个月,两组最佳矫正视力均较手术前提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);但组间各时间点的最佳矫正视力比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组手术后3个月的视力改善效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组并发症发生率、手术成功率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Ahmed青光眼阀植入术与复合式小梁切除术分别联合阿柏西普治疗新生血管性青光眼的效果显著,安全性均较好,而前者在降低和维持眼压上具有明显优势。Objective To compare and analyze the effect of Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation and compound trabeculectomy combined with Arbocept on the efficacy and visual acuity of patients with neovascular glaucoma.Methods A total of 80 cases(80 eyes)of neovascular glaucoma patients admitted to The First People's Hospital of Xianyang from January 2019 to December 2022 were prospectively selected as research objects and divided into group A and group B according to the random number table method,with 40 cases(40 eyes)in each group.Group A was treated with Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation,group B was treated with compound trabeculectomy,and both groups were treated with arbocept.The intraocular pressure and optimal corrected visual acuity of the two groups at different time points(before surgery,7 days,14 days,1 month,3 months after surgery)were recorded,and the improvement effect of visual acuity,the incidence of complications and the success rate of surgery were compared between the two groups.Results At 7 days,14 days,1 month,and 3 months after surgery,the intraocular pressure of both groups were significantly lower than those before surgery,among them,the intraocular pressure of group A at 1 and 3 months after surgery were(1.92±0.37)and(1.93±0.35)kPa,respectively,which were significantly lower than those of group B[(2.33±0.51)and(2.27±0.42)kPa],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 7 days,14 days,1 month,and 3 months after surgery,the best corrected visual acuity of both groups were significantly higher than those before surgery,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);however,there was no statistically significant difference in the best corrected visual acuity between the groups at different time points(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the improvement of vision between the two groups at 3 months after surgery(P>0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of complications and the success rate of surgery between the tw
